When your flat is rented, our monthly charge fluctuates between 9% and 11% of your monthly rental income.

When the flat is empty, our clients can choose between having no fixed costs and paying only for separate interventions, that is PLN 100 for each arrival at the premises, and flat rates of PLN 200 per month for provision of our complete service.
